Acceptable Use Policy
Effective: May 2, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") supplements the Terms of Use. By using the Prosperity Rx platform, you agree to comply with this AUP.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the Service to:
1. Violate Laws
- Engage in any illegal activity
- Violate intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of others
- Violate securities laws, including by providing investment advice without proper licensure
- Violate anti-money laundering or know-your-customer requirements
2. Harm the Service
- Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, networks, or accounts
- Probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities of the Service
- Interfere with the Service's operation or other users' access
- Bypass any access controls or rate limits
3. Misuse Account Access
- Share your account credentials with others
- Allow another person to use your account
- Create multiple accounts to evade limits or restrictions
- Misrepresent your identity, professional credentials, or affiliation
4. Misuse Content
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest content without express written permission
- Reproduce, distribute, or sell content from the Service for commercial purposes
- Use the Service or its content to train artificial intelligence models without express written permission
- Remove copyright or proprietary notices
5. Engage in Harmful Conduct
- Harass, threaten, intimidate, or abuse any user, employee, or third party
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Use the Service to send spam, chain letters, or unsolicited commercial communications
- Engage in any conduct that could damage the reputation of FFI, FFA, or their affiliates
6. Misuse Community Features (When Available)
If and when community features are added, you may not:
- Post content that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, harassing, or discriminatory
- Share confidential information about other users
- Solicit business in a manner that violates community guidelines
- Promote competing investment opportunities or recruit users away from the Service
7. Misuse the Deal Evaluator
- Upload documents that contain confidential or proprietary information of third parties without authorization
- Upload offering documents you do not have the right to share
- Use the tool to evaluate fraudulent or illegitimate investment offerings
- Rely on Deal Evaluator output as investment advice or in lieu of professional due diligence
Enforcement
We reserve the right to investigate violations of this AUP and to take appropriate action, which may include:
- Removing or modifying content
- Suspending or terminating accounts
- Reporting violations to law enforcement
- Pursuing legal remedies
